Jordan Faires

Senior Grants Manager

Faires has led the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation's grants management team since 2008. Under his leadership, the team has expanded its use of grants management software and other technology to improve budgeting, enrich analysis, and streamline the process of administering and monitoring grants. Prior to joining the Foundation, Faires worked as an independent consultant in grants management. He has served on boards and volunteered for nonprofit organizations that help battered women, the homeless, the elderly, and immigrants. He is a member of the Grants Managers Network on whose board he served from 2006 to 2010, and has been a presenter at software user group conferences. A Texas native, Faires earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree from Austin College.
